AT&T Notifies Union of W-2 errors and Working Spouse Deductions not Taken
a) correction to report no imputed income b) correction to report imputed income c) correction to report change in previously reported imputed income
April 23, 2008 The company notified the union that although working spouse deductions were communicated during annual enrollment, the deductions have not been taken. The company reports that 43 Active East employees were impacted, and letters are being sent to the impacted participants. As a result, the company reports that the ongoing monthly contribution amount -whether through paycheck deductions or direct billing, will increase. In addition a one-time adjustment will be made on the first May paycheck or May billing statement.
