Benefits and Services

Typical negotiations for your union contract include the benefits you are entitled to.  It is important that every union member become familiar with their benefits.  Although the Summary Plan Descriptions (SPD) are written in boring, legal terms, they (just like your contract)  are important to securing your rights in the work place.  We strongly recommend each member become familiar with their Plans.

Other benefits provided by your union include the Union Disability Benefits Liaison's who are your escalation point to contact to Sedgwick CMS who is the administrator for at&t's disability Service Center.

We have also bargained Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitaiton Counselors, as well as Employee Assistance Professionals working for the members providing one-on-one help with any life-algering issue; drug and alcohol, gambling, stress, depression, and internet addiction etc.
