CWA Local 1298 represents approximently 600 bargiaining unit members throughout the state.  We handle 411 information calls for at&T wireless, DA, NDTA, Toll, Yale  New Haven Hospital directory and at&t free (advertiser paid) 411. 

We also handle the at&t east corporate switchboard in our Hamden location. Our Mission is to provide excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE to all of our customers, internal or external. In this ever changing technological world, Local 1298 in Connecticut is always on the leading edge, ready to take on the challenges put forth to us by our customers.  Remember, we the union must stick together as one, there is strength in numbers and by standing together we will make CIS a strong, proud and respected unit in CWA.
