 Hello my name is Katie Montalbano; I am the Business Agent for the Commercial & Marketing department. In my twelve years with AT&T, I have been a Service Representative in both the New Haven and New London CCC’s. I have represented members as both a Steward and Chief Steward over the last ten years. I have also worked over the years in the Training for Success program where I assisted hundreds of members affected by a surplus or lay off in testing for potential transfers.

 
In 2006, I along with Tonya Hodges and the Chief’s of C&M started the very popular “Monthly Bugle” of which I am the Editor in Chief. I believe communication and education is the key to keeping us united. It is as important for all of us to be aware of the issues and address them immediately and aggressively if need be.
 
We have a very strong team of Stewards and Chief Stewards and the members have become increasingly active in protecting our rights in the workplace. I am so proud to be representing this department and am available at ANY TIME.
