Today we began the mediation case related to the Flex Force and the company not following the Porter Letter language. CWA National Staff Rep, Tonya Hodges made a great opening statement which clearly represented the Union’s position.
The company is currently reviewing our opening statement and the evidence that we submitted. They will be responding to our position when we meet again on April 19th and April 20th if an additional day is needed.
