The Union Bargaining Committee met with AT&T over the last several days. While bargaining is going slowly, we are compiling a lot of information for scheduling, work deployment, time off and other concerns across all titles. The Union has gone over all of the surveys and spoken to our members in each area, so we know what issues are most important to you. As our information requests are filled by the company, we are developing proposals to strengthen our contracts and fix these issues.
AT&T’s first proposal on benefits was riddled with was to shift more costs to you. The Company must understand that a benefits package that is too expensive to use is no benefit at all. The Union will demand a fair benefits package that keeps our members and their families safe and healthy.
As bargaining continues, we need you to keep up the fight!!
Stay mobilized!
