As bargaining continues, it is clear that AT&T does not value your work. The company continues to deny Union proposals intended to increase compensation and help their employees keep up with rising costs. In addition to rejecting our proposals, the company continues to try to shift the cost of medical benefits to you.

The Union is also fighting for the company to take greater steps to provide security for their employees. As we see in Minneapolis, the world can be a dangerous place right now and we expect the company to have a plan to keep you safe. While the company does have some safety procedures in place, we are fighting to make sure it’s clear and comprehensive.

Your bargaining team will continue negotiating as long as it takes to get a fair and equitable contract for you! Please stay in touch with your local mobilizers and stay in the fight with us.

Stay mobilized and stay angry!
