As we shared in our last bargaining report, we did meet with Frontier this week and have made some progress. We are scheduled to meet next week Monday through Friday, leading up to the expiration of our extension on 8/30/2025. We are waiting for the company to pass us their proposals and we will assess them and respond. Wages, contract duration, the use of contractors as well some departmental issues continue to be our top priorities. Things are ramping up and we will be working hard to get a fair contract for our members.
