By-Law Referendum Vote

CWA Local 1298 By-Laws Committee  Members Pam Vitelli, Rich Pelletier, James Flaherty, and James Franklin have been meeting over the course of several months with Executive Board liaisons VP Dave Weidlich and Secretary Mim DiNicholas in an effort to review our current by-laws and propose changes.  As explained in the cover letter eight of the proposals were made by the committee, and two were added by the Executive Board as cost savings measures.  The proposed changes should be received  by the American Arbitration Association no later than 1pm on Monday, July 14, 2014. The ballots will be counted by AAA on Tuesday, July 15, 2014 and the results will be announced that day, on the CWA Local voicemail and Website and Union APP.
