A message from President Dave Weidlich
Today we kicked off June mobilization for Frontier contract negotiations with Scabby the Rat’ s first appearance. Thank you to our members at the New Haven garage that came out in their RED and joined us. Frontier is happy with keeping things status quo, and We say status quo has got to go! They must address the serious issue of cutting jobs and outsourcing bargaining unit work. Frontier has cut over 1000 jobs since 2014 and the work has not gone away. This is in addition to maintaining job security, fair wages, retiree healthcare and affordable active health care. Scabby will be making many more appearances this month at a location near you. We will also be distributing flyers with an important message that needs to be emailed out over the next several days. Please stay tuned for communications from your department on where Scabby will be showing up next!
