SVSP Offer Extended Until November 27, 2017

The Company and Union have agreed to extend the SVSP application deadline to November 27, 2017 (12 pm EST) for all SVSP eligible employees.   If a submitted SVSP application is approved, the separation date remains November 30, 2017.   This extension affords retirement-eligible employees to review their personal statement which are available starting today, November 13, 2017.   Any SVSP retirement-eligible employee looking for the amount of their pension cash balance with the severance amount added, please email your name, CRIS # to RetirementPlans@ftr.com.   Supervisors are aware of the extended deadline.  Please note that no new packets will be sent.   If interested, you should use the application in the existing packet.   Again, the new deadline for submission to HRSeverance@ftr.com is November 27, 2017 at noon EST.    If you or your supervisor have any questions, please contact the HRSeverance@ftr.com or phone number listed in the packet.
