This year's New Haven Labor Day Road Race will be held on Monday, September 4th, 2023 and we need all of your help to make this event a success!
For many years CWA Local 1298 members have volunteered by handing out water and or Gatorade to the runners. This event has been a tradition first spearheaded by one of our members Janice Houde of Hamden who passed away in 2010.
Long time member Pamela Jaynez has picked up the reins and is helping CWA Local 1298 keep this long time tradition running.
We are looking for volunteers to help man our water station that will be located at the corner of Chapel Street and Sherman Avenue.
A free T-shirt will be given to all volunteers. Any member interested in helping with this long time tradition please call CWA Local 1298 at 203 288-5271 and provide all volunteer names and their T-shirt sizes.
